Well, I haven't posted in a long time. I guess I'll tell ya what I've been up to...

My singing lessons with Fonda (my singing teacher), have been going really good lately. When I sang in front of people, it was this feeling that they all wanted to hear what I had to say.. er... sing. They were focused on me. At home, it's different. I have to share the attention. I love my grandparents, but... nothing can replace the love the my mom and I exchanged. Same with my dad. My sang Kelly Clarkson's 'Because Of You' Fonda said that she could tell that I connected with that song. She could hear it in my voice. Her dad died a few years back, so we basically can understand each other on that level. I feel like I can trust her with a lot of stuff, which is good, considering I have to write songs and stuff and I need to tell her the stories so we can get to writing the lyrics together.

Seeing my dad is very... well how can I say it? It's like he's the same daddy I've loved, but he's different. Idk how to say what I mean about that. I wanna live with him, but he wants me to move to Lake Okechobee, something I really don't wanna do. At least I have a choice. I love him, but I'm not willing to leave everything I've ever known to live with him.

I hope singing is something that will be in my life forever. I honestly don't think I could breather without it. I also hope my dad understands what I'm trying to say.
